Double win at the 2018 Brolga Northern Territory Tourism Awards

Tourism providers from across the Territory gathered Saturday 10 November at the Darwin Convention Centre for the coveted Brolga Northern Territory Tourism Awards night.
The awards have a rich history of celebrating excellence in the Tourism, with entrants from a wide range of categories coming together to celebrate their passion for the industry.
Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters won the award for the Deluxe Accommodation category, marking the sixth consecutive year the hotel has taken the title.
Alice Springs Convention Centre (ASPCC) also won the Business Event Venue category, with 2015 being the last time the ASPCC held this title.
Craig Jervis, Lasseters Chief Operating Officer was pleased with the double win “The awards are a credit to our dedicated staff and the continued investment and foresight of our owners. Lasseters will continue to develop our product and services to exceed the expectations of our guests and to assist in driving the tourism industry, creating employment and economic growth in Central Australia.”
The 2018 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards will be held in Launceston on the 1 March 2019. Following the win, Alice Springs Convention Centre will go head to head with business event venues from across Australia and Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters will defend last years win of first place in the Deluxe Accommodation category.
