A three-year pathway for a lighter footprint and a stronger Central Australia
Lasseters and the Alice Springs Convention Centre operate in a place of extraordinary beauty, deep cultural significance and practical regional challenges. Our precinct welcomes delegates, hotel guests, local families, major events and community organisations. With that privilege comes a responsibility to use resources carefully, create local value and ensure that our success is shared.
This plan brings our established practices and new initiatives into one public framework. It covers the integrated Lasseters & ASPCC precinct from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028. It is deliberately a living document: as baseline information improves, technology changes and projects are approved, targets will be refined and progress reported.
