Getting here and parking
- Free accessible parking bays are located within a few meters of the front of every main entrance
- All three main entrances (The Convention Centre, The Casino and The hotel) have covered drop-off and pick-up areas
- There are Taxi and ride-share drop-off locations within 5m of each main entrance
- All pathways are level, paved or concrete and well lit
Entering and moving around the venue
- All three main venue entrances offer either a flat level entrance or a compliant ramp access
- All three main entrances have wide automatic doors
- Accessible routes between the hotel, casino, restaurants and Convention Centre
- Seating or rest points available in Convention Centre entrance, Casino entrance and Hotel entrance
- Mobility scooters and wheelchairs can move comfortably through key areas
Accessible bathrooms
- Unisex Accessible bathrooms available at Convention centre and through the precinct & include grab rails, lowered sinks and appropriate circulation space
Assistance animals and carers
- Accredited assistance animals are welcome in the Alice Springs Convention Centre
- Water coolers located throughout the Convention Centre

- Step-free access to meeting rooms, stages and breakout spaces
- Stage Ramp available on request
- Accessible seating arrangements and companion seating
- Captioning and Auslan interpreter arrangements
