The Centre’s Sous Chef, Marcus Hartmann works with carefully selected specialist suppliers to source the highest quality and freshest produce in order to craft our diverse special event menus. These fine food menus are accompanied by beverage choices that feature a wide selection of imported and Australian wines to suit all tastes and budgets.
