The heart and soul of
Australia’s best events.

"From the very beginning, working with the Alice Springs Convention Centre and NT Convention Bureau I had complete trust that they would ensure our event was going to be a success.  Our delegates had some concerns due to perceived travel restrictions, however 300+ delegates and exhibitors were easily transferred to Alice Springs and by the end of the conference they were all saying they couldn't wait to come back and it was the best conference ever!  Alice Springs truly is the heart and soul of Australia and this is reflected in everyone we worked with, I couldn't recommend ASPCC highly enough!"

"The Alice Springs Convention Centre conferencing event facilities and service providers are sophisticated, well organized and can certainly hold their own against any of the capital cities.  We initially thought the destination may put off trade exhibitors but this was certainly not the case, we exceeded previous year exhibitors and the ASPCC discount incentive from Toll Transport was a great help.  Having direct access to the Convention Centre from Lasseters Hotel made it really easy to manage.  It was also an excellent way to keep delegates in one place so there was always a really great buzz and atmosphere going on.  If you want to offer delegates an experience that you can't replicate anywhere else in the world, and one they will talk about for years to come, then go to Alice!"

"More than a year later, our financial group clients are still talking about the 2013 Alice Springs conference... One of the best ever!  Alice Springs Convention Centre helped us weave a magical Outback adventure for over 400 very discerning delegates.  Their local supplier network is amazing and nothing was too much trouble.  cievents enjoy a terrific relationship with the Alice Springs Convention Centre.  We share the same customer-centric work ethic and appreciation of fine detail - It's always a pleasure working together."

"The organisers of the Eighth Annual National Indigenous Legal Conference would like to thank the staff of the Alice Springs Convention Centre. All staff conducted themselves with professionalism, showed courtesy and were more than willing to meet our requirements. We found the Convention Centre made the running of the event smooth and effortless."

"Our recent Roads Congress at the Alice Springs Convention Centre was both highly successful and highly memorable. The Convention Centre was clean, modern and very suitable for our conference. The two offsite functions showcased Outback experiences creating a lasting  impression amongst our delegates.  We received overwhelmingly good feedback on the Congress which was largely due to the professionalism and support provided by the Alice Springs Convention Centre team. From the initial planning stages to the onsite delivery the team were responsive, well organised and very helpful."

320+ Travel Consultants went away with  a renewed enthusiasm to sell Alice and the Centre, they spent many hours exploring all the things on offer, and the Dinner at the Outback Quarry has been rated as the best evening of any of their 10 events over the past 5 years! Your whole team were brilliant, the food  standard was so high, over abundant and received many very positive reviews and the management of Travelscene (my client) were so very happy with the conference. A small but important point was the team’s ability to provide for all the special meal requirements, well-handled! (and a method I will ask of from other hotels and venues in future)"

"Well, what can I say, except WOW! What an amazing group of people you have working at ASCC. Always on hand, and in some instances provide 3 second miracles which conference committee members throw at you. We were so impressed with the quality of food, and the abundance - talk about country generosity. The regimental rows of chairs has to be seen to be believed - so impressive I took a photo! The quality of the venue is exceptional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The sunny smiles more than made up for the fact that it was raining in Alice Springs. I will happily recommend ASCC to anyone considering a conference"

"Holding our clients annual conference in Alice Springs for 2010 was truly an event to be remembered. The staff at Alice Springs Convention Centre were fantastic and really came to the show in helping us bring about a successful event - even when the skies opened. Everyone was on board to make last minute changes and ensure that the delegates were well looked after. The Alice Springs region really does have a family and team feel about it as we used offsite venues for several of the dinners including the amazing Ooraminna Homestead - all hands were on deck. The destination is absolutely stunning and the team in Alice Springs really know how to put on a good show. Thank you again to everyone that made our event a success we just couldn't of enjoyed or planned it better without you! "

Leading Edge Conferences - 2010

"The Secretariat National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care (SNAICC) National Conference held at the end of July 2010 in Alice Springs was a great success with almost 1000 people gathering from all over the country making it the largest conference on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and the largest conference for the Alice Springs Convention Centre. The Alice Springs Convention Centre was a great venue all being on one level, with access to outdoor courtyard areas and ample outdoor space. Even with such large numbers, the conference felt intimate and friendly because of the setting. From my perspective - where else can you enjoy a magnificent view of the MacDonnell Ranges from the registration desk at the hub of the glass foyer area! The size of our conference (1,000+) pushed the centre to the limit yet nothing was too much trouble; the Centre staff were always approachable, flexible and collaborative in seeking solutions. Utilising a regional Convention Centre was also quite economical and did not deter attendance. Alice Springs was a great location and turned on clear blue skies and balmy winter nights for a number of outdoor events. I look forward to being able to work with the Alice Springs Convention Centre again in the future."

“We set you many challenges and all of these were handled with great speed and professionalism. We run conferences all over Australia and in a variety of venues, and I can say without hesitation that your performance, equalled, and in fact exceeded the experiences we have had in so many parts of the country. Your staff were always enthusiastic, willing to help with any task asked of them and always professional”

“Feedback has been incredibly positive on the venue, staff and services. Please pass that news and my thanks on to everyone. On a personal note, I really appreciated the professionalism and flexibility demonstrated by all the Convention Centre staff that were involved in the planning and operation of the conference”
